I'm not sure if anyone else is having this experience, but all my "political" news subscriptions (NYT, NNN) are being sorted into my promotions tab of my Gmail. No matter how many times I label them primary, they still get sorted to promotions, where all good ads go to die. I've been a NYT subscriber for years, and this has never happened before. Strangely though, all the fluff from NYT (Cooking, Wirecutter, etc) still is sorted into my primary inbox. Can't help but think in this environment, something is afoot.
